Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
For custom made T-Shirts, Hoodies, Hats or any other customize products we will not accept returns or refunds.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only exchange items if they are the wrong size. If you need to exchange it for the same item but different size or color, send us an email at: email@example.com
To return your product, you can e-mail us first so we can update you with the specified shipping address of our warehouse where your product was sent to you from.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
I did not receive my product
In case your product was not received within a reasonable amount of time – giving it up to 20 working days for low cost items – please rest assured we are here to help. Please make sure your address was entered correctly during your checkout and track here.
Note that we are not responsible for entering address incorrectly or the correct shipping information is missing so please make sure before checkout double check your information.
In case you entered wrong information but realised up to a few hours later let us know as soon as possible so we don’t ship your order yet.
We can not refund non reception of goods due to wrong or missing shipping information. Thank you for understanding.
